Our clients have seen Cindy’s positive energy, detailed analytical process, and intuitive skills help struggling young people get back on the right track or already-motivated young people do even better. "As President and CEO of a large diversified group of companies,
I have the daily challenge of motivating and leading many different
types of people. Over the last couple of years it became apparent
to me that I was not performing at an optimum level as it relates
to working with and understanding my employee's needs. Knowing
this, I felt that I must develop a better understanding of myself
before I could truly understand them.
The assessments and coaching provided by Cindy gave me a clear
understanding of my management style and spelled out how I needed
to modify my behavior in order to take my performance to the
next level. The work with Cindy gave me a clear picture of how
my actions and behaviors were inhibiting me from doing my best
at all times. Interestingly enough, the changes that I made
in myself, through following my action plan not only caused
my performance to improve but also resulted in my employees
stepping up and functioning at a higher level. Given my success,
I asked Cindy to coach my wife and two children, ages 16 and
20."

"After college my chosen profession was in a downward spiral. After much prodding from my parents I agreed to talk with Cindy not understanding what she could do to help me. I am so thankful for this experience. Cindy helped me discover strengths and gifts that I didn't realize I had. I always assumed I would be a teacher and when it wasn't working for me I couldn't understand why. Through assessments and coaching with Cindy I found validation for my feelings. Together we discovered career paths that worked with my strengths and interests—ideas that I would never have thought about. Because of this knowledge I have confidence to pursue a new career path without looking back. Cindy loves what she does and truly cares about helping us find ourselves. I would tell anyone that has this opportunity to take it!”

"Working with Cindy has truly been a transformational event in my life. She provided the tools to help me understand my strengths and personal talents and proclivities, many of which I had little idea how to apply, and others that I wasn’t even aware I had! Of course, many programs can help you uncover these traits, but Cindy helped me understand not only what they mean, but how to apply these natural abilities to positively impact my interactions, relationships, and effectiveness in both my personal and work environments. Leveraging this information in a meaningful way has brought out much of my untapped dormant potential and helped me to find renewed satisfaction with my life and career.”

"It’s very difficult to express in a concise
statement the depth and breadth of the impact that this experience
has had on me, but here goes ... Working with Cindy
through this intensive process of self-exploration and self-assessment
has given me clarity around what motivates and energizes me
both personally and in a business environment. This experience
has helped me to develop a vocabulary for effectively communicating
my needs, abilities, and interests with my family, friends,
teammates and leaders. Having a deeper understanding of my personal
motivations and needs coupled with a vocabulary to share it
has empowered me to take a more proactive role in crafting my
job commitment as well as my personal interactions and relationships."

"Thank you so much for everything you have done for
me. You have changed my life completely. I am now clear
about what I want to do in the future because you have broken
walls inside me I have never been able to breach. You came along
and believed that I was worth something other than softball
and most importantly you made me believe it too! You made me
think that there is more to this life than what other people
wanted me to do. My grades are the best I have had since elementary
school. The vision board that you had me make is a constant
reminder that I can achieve anything if I'm bringing honor to
God while I'm doing it. After our meeting I broke up a no-hitter,
had no errors in the field and batted over .500!"

"I came to Cindy from a position of pain and dissatisfaction
with life as I was going through a divorce. I wasn’t
even sure of what I wanted; I only knew what I didn’t
want. Through these last six months, Cindy has become my treasured
mentor and guide – urging, prodding, questioning, encouraging,
rejoicing – and with her guidance, I am rediscovering
the power of my own true self."

"Cindy's assistance was invaluable in guiding Anna in the
right direction at a very crucial time - her senior year in
high school. Cindy helped Anna focus on what her real interests
were, not what others thought they should be. Anna was better
able to evaluate various career options which, in turn, guided
her choices in selecting the best schools and courses.
Cindy allowed Anna to dream about her future... to expand her
horizons. For an introvert like Anna, this was vital. She could
direct Anna in ways that as her parents we could not. If you
have teenagers nearing college age, we could not recommend Cindy
enough. To this day, Anna still emails and talks to Cindy and
was thrilled to tell her that she was accepted into the schools
that Cindy suggested. We can honestly say that we would do it
all over again for the huge benefit it was to Anna."

"I
dedicate this website to my mom, the late Atlanta Georgia
Valliere. Creating my website was like writing a book - literally
- as I wrote each and every page. Books are dedicated to special
people so why not a website?
So, mom, this one's for you! Your love, support, and strength
have inspired me to be the best I can be and share with the
world what I have learned from you. Your spirit lives inside of me."
I love you and God Bless!
