SPECIALTY PROGRAMS
The Specialty Programs are designed for individual work; however, if you would like to “buddy-up” with a friend, family member, partner or colleague for the cost advantage and supportive element, that option is available.
We also offer group assessments and feedback featuring The Highlands Ability Battery™, Lunch & Learns and Conversational Gatherings discussing various components of The Life Convergence Model.

The Callings program is designed for people who want to uncover “who they are” in a deeper and more profound way while learning how to combat the fears that invariably surface as they choose to examine what really matters in life. Those called to this program want to fully realize their potential as they find and follow their authentic career and/or life path; clients range from 30 to 60s and beyond.
Our callings relate to arenas of work, relationship, lifestyle or service. For example, you may be called to change careers, become self-employed, have a child, go back to school or seek work/life balance. Or your calling could be less about doing and more about being, such as, becoming more loving, less arrogant, and less fearful or how to better handle conflict.
Through this program you will go through an internal process where you discover your strengths and limits and how to combat what scares you most as you create a life of greater meaning and purpose.
Life situations can include:
- Individuals facing career and life transitions such as re-careering, new employment, separation and divorce or empty nesting
- Professionals making a dramatic career change
- People who find themselves in meaningless and dead-end jobs—they’re not using their gifts and talents and wish for more
- People eager to further develop their performance and potential through self-examination and self-awareness
- Pre or post-retirees seeking a second-time-around career or avocation by identifying what really matters to them
Program Content: This program includes an intensive discovery process including thought-provoking questionnaires, multiple assessments with comprehensive feedback and interpretation, interactive assessment summaries and a custom action plan with wrap-up/next steps. One-on-one career/life coaching may be added.
Custom packages are also available.

real ‘em in is a coaching program specifically designed for men re-entering the dating field after divorce or loss of a spouse or significant other. It is clearly for the “brave at heart” because many men are not comfortable looking inside – and this program will definitely take them there. It includes both internal and external evaluation and requires an open mind, willingness to change and for some, a lot of hard work. At the same time, the process is non-judgmental, honest, and supportive and can be a lot of fun!
If you know a man who could benefit from this program, please pass this information on.

Young & Professional
is a career and life-coaching program for twenty somethings who
have completed their formal education, are presently working (or looking for employment) and want assistance in defining or redefining a career path. It is also for college graduates entering the workforce for the first time. They face tremendous challenges when entering the real work world; having a degree, even from a respected college or university is no longer an instant ticket to success, especially in the current economic environment.

Major
in Success is a career and life-coaching program
for students, from high school juniors through postgraduates,
wanting to make sound choices about college, majors and career
options.
